Notice of 2025 LADIES AGM The 2025 Ladies AGM will be held on Thursday, 6 November at 2.00 pm in the club function room. Information about the AGM will be displayed on the notice board in the ladies' locker room and in our Facebook Group. Please note that any Notices of Motion or General Business to be put to the membership for discussion or voting at the AGM must be in writing and be delivered to the Lady President (via email, please nbethwaite@gmail.com) by 5pm on 23 October 2025. These notices will also be displayed in the ladies' locker room to allow members time to consider the items raised. Nominations for Committee Positions will open on 6 October 2025. A formal ballot will be conducted if positions are contested. The “Self-Nominations” may be made via the attached nomination form. Please fill in and return to Reception at the club by no later than 5pm on Thursday, 23 October 2025. All Committee Positions are vacated each year; however, the following existing committee members have indicated they are willing to stand for the following positions in 2026: President – Nicky Bethwaite Vice President – Anita Hutchinson Captain – Vice Captain & Handicapper – Annette Rumble Treasurer – Tina Jeggo (she has been on the committee for 3 years, but is happy to continue unless there is someone else who wishes to take up this position) Secretary – Ros Manley Committee Member (1) – Vicki Melrose Committee Member (2) – Ann Turner Committee Member (3) – Doors to the function room for the AGM will be locked promptly at 2.00pm so please arrive on time to register attendance, pay Vets Subs and be seated. Suggested time of arrival 1.30 – 1.45 pm. All golfing categories of NBGC lady members are welcome to attend the AGM; however, only financial Full Lady Playing Members, Life Members and Junior Playing Members are entitled to vote.
