Pennant Update The C Grade Pennant team opened their 2025 season last Sunday with a 5.5/0.5 win over Karuah at Hawks Nest, Bob Connor 7/6, Michael Trigas Sq., Kim Buckmaster 2/1, Mark Twomey 7/6, Ian Sandy 6/5 and Michael Zorcic 2/1. The Master Pennants team concluded their season with a commendable 3rd place finish on the ladder, securing 2.5 wins from 4 matches. Their season included a decisive 6–2 victory over Merewether, a challenging 7–1 loss to Newcastle, a solid 5–3 win against Shortland, and a washout against Hawks Nest. The team was led by Captain Peter Gibson and featured key players R. Barker, C. Fallan, P. Phegan, D. Hogan, S. Quin, D Warder, C. Mackenzie, A. Williams, and W. Semmens. David Hogan was recognised as the team's Most Valuable Player for his outstanding performance throughout the season. Super Seniors Pennant commences on 14 July.
